Overview
Tukuche Peak (6920 m) is one of the outstanding peak positioned in the western Himalayas of Nepal sandwiched between the Dhaulagiri and the Annapurna ranges. This peak was first ascended by the Swiss team in 1969. It is a challenging peak with exciting trekking trail. As this peak is located in a remote region, only a few summiteers have had attempted this climbing expedition. Nonetheless, it is one of the best peaks in Nepal to witness different ranges of Annapurna, Nilgiri and the Tukuche Peak itself. Other features en-route is views of the stunning village of Marpha, Tukuche, Syang and spectacular view of the Jomsom valley. This peak is graded less risky but one must be fully acclimatized to altitude before summiting.
This 25 days journey begins by visiting few heritage sites of Kathmandu. Next day would be taking a scenic airstrip to Pokhara. Hereafter sightseeing Pokhara valley and spending some time relishing the Phewa Lake boating - the next day we take a flight to Jomsom. Next, we trek to Marpha valley (famous for apple farming) and we will be acclimatizing the altitude here by visiting the local apple wine factory and more. Next day we will be heading to Yak Kharka and also be acclimatizing the following day.
Next day, we trek to Hidden Valley and then head to Tukuche Peak Base Camp. The following few days we will be fully acclimatizing and prepare for the summit. As we are ready, we will conquer the Tukuche Peak and relish the views. After our mission completes, we retrace back to base camp, and then to Hidden Valley, Marpha, to Jomsom, Pokhara and finally to Kathmandu.
The best season for Annapurna Tukuche Peak climbing is spring and autumn. But if your vacation is not during these periods, you can attempt this expedition some other time too. Detail Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu & transfer to hotel-1300m/4264ft
As you arrive at the Tribhuvan International airport our Accent Himalaya team will be there waiting for you as you can easily spot them as they will be there carrying the signboard of the company name and then and then they will greet and take you and take you to the respective hotel. In the evening the company will be giving you a welcome dinner in the authentic Nepali restaurant which serves the best Nepali cuisine with cultural Nepali dance.

Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing & Preparation for the Trek
After breakfast, our guide will be taking you for sightseeing the Kathmandu city where we will be visiting some of the well-known and most visited heritage sites which are Kathmandu durbar square, Boudhanath stupa, Syambhunath temple and the Pashupatinath temple. In the afternoon we will have some discussion of the trips and arrange all the equipment’s and if anyone has any enquiry you can even ask at this moment and then we will be introducing you to our team leaders and if anyone has anything to buy you can buy it today as tomorrow we will be flying to the Himalayas.

Day 03: Fly to Pokhara and Pokhara Sightseeing
Today we will take an airstrip to Pokhara where one get to capture the scenic view of the Himalayas which include Manaslu, Dhaulagiri, and the range of Annapurna. Pokhara is one of the touristic centers and then we will visit the Pokhara Lake which is called as Phewa Lake and at this lake there is a boat ride and after that, we will be sightseeing the Pokhara market. We will be exploring the lake even in the evening time too.

Day 04: Fly Jomsom / Trek to Marpha: 2.5 hrs.
Early morning we will take a flight to Jomsom and after that, we will be exploring the Jomsom and then we will be heading to Marpha. Firstly we will head down hill with the stunning peaks on both the sides. After that, we will be crossing the Syang Khola and trek to the Syang village and then we will be continuing trekking to the Marpha.

Day 05: Trek around, acclimatize and rest at Marpha
Today we will be acclimatizing and take rest but we will be exploring the Marpha which is the famous for apple fruit where you can find different items made from apple and the most popular all over in Nepal is the Local Apple brandy. The surrounding barren landscapes resemble as Tibet.

Day 06: Trek to Yak Kharka: 5 hrs
From Marpha, we will be trekking to Yak Kharka crossing the terraced fields and thinning tree line. We will be ascending along the flank of the mountain to yak Kharka.

Day 07: Acclimatization at Yak Kharka
Since we have reached to the high altitude so, today we will be acclimating at the yak Kharka. We will be exploring the yak Kharka and hike nearby around the Yak Kharka.

Day 08: Trek to Hidden Valley: 8-9 hrs
We will be trekking to the Hidden valley. The early trail carved via the yaks gives upsurge to further wildernesses, then we will be crossing the Thapa Pass and then we will reach the snow line and then we will continue trekking for few hours to reach hidden valley.

Day 09: Trek to and around Tukuche Peak BC
We will be trekking further for a while and then we will reach the Tukuche base camp. We will be taking rest and properly acclimatize the altitude.

Day 10: Climbing Preparation & Hiking back to Base Camp
Today we will be preparing as we as practicing for climbing the peak. We will be hiking to camp 1 and then we will retrace back to base camp.

Day 11: Base Camp to Camp I back to Base Camp
Today we will be hiking back to the camp 1 and then make arrangements for the actual summit and then we will retrace back to base camp. Doing such activity will help in proper acclimatizing.

Day 12: Base Camp to Camp I (overnight at High Camp)
Today we will be hiking again to camp 1 but today we will be spending the night at the camp 1.

Day 13: Camp I to Camp 2, back to Base Camp
For the proper acclimatizing we will be hiking from camp 1 to camp 2 and then we will retrace back to base camp.

Day 14 to 20: Route Fixing/ Summit Climb/Back to Base Camp
As earlier days of hiking camp 1 to camp 2 repeatedly we have fixed all the climbing routes and today we will be all set for summiting the peak. Firstly we will head between the base camps to camp1 to camp 2. After that we will be hiking towards the summit and then we will back to base camp and with lots of preparation for trekking and acclimatizing the altitude we will start to submit the Tukuche peak and then reaching the top of the summit we will spend some time there relishing the stunning peaks and then we will retrace back to base camp.

Day 21: Trek to Hidden Valley: 2 hrs.
Today before leaving the base camp we will clean the surrounding and then we will trek back to hidden valley and reaching the hidden valley we will take rest and explore the hidden valley.

Day 22: Trek to Marpha: 7-8 hrs.
Embark -upon along the cairns we will carry on alongside the snowy pathway. We will be trekking few hours in snow and then we will reach the topmost of the Thapa Pass. The descent from there is slightly plane. In the afternoon we will reach yak Kharka. And from Yak Kharka it's even steeper descent foremost lastly to Marpha.

Day 23: Trek to Jomsom: 2 hrs.
Today we will retrace back to Jomsom we will be trekking from Marpha to Jomsom and we will be reaching at Jomsom in the afternoon. As today we will be spending our night at Jomsom as today we cannot fly back to Pokhara as in the afternoon the winds blow strongly so, we will fly back to Pokhara tomorrow morning.

Day 24: Fly Jomsom-Pokhara-Kathmandu
Early morning we will head to the airport and take an airstrip to Pokhara which will take 30 minutes. It is one of the scenic flight where you will get to view the two huge mountain which is Annapurna and Dhaulagiri. After that, we will take another flight to Kathmandu and catch the left side sit where you get to capture the best view of the Himalayas. In the evening we will be celebrating our success of the peak expedition.

Day 25: Fly Home
Today your journey finally comes to an end as our Accent Himalaya team will drop you at the airport at three hours earlier before your flight schedule.
